Producing cheese in (80–250 g) packs sold at lower prices, in Arab Al-Awamer (Assiut) and Al-Kawthar (Sohag), at a cost of EGP 135 million and a capacity of 7,200 tons/year.

Developing a solar-panel factory at Banha Electronic Industries with 50 MW/year capacity, to secure the supply of panel components for building solar power fields.

Building a battery factory at Qaha Chemical Industries (Factory 270) over 4,000 m² with a capacity of 120,000 batteries/year, at a cost of EGP 124.7 million.

A mazut hydrocracking complex converting it into high-quality distillates, at a cost of USD 4.3 billion, producing ~2.3M tons/year diesel, 599K tons jet fuel, 315K tons mazut, 336K tons light naphtha, 96K tons sulfur and 453K tons coke annually — reducing imports and maximizing local production.

Building 16 coating lines of various types, equipped with a wastewater-treatment unit for environmental protection.

A hot-galvanizing factory at Helwan Machinery & Equipment (Military Factory 999), over 25,200 m², with a capacity of 15,000–20,000 tons.

A major national project and launchpad for SMEs — the gateway for Damietta furniture to reach global markets. The first and largest industrial zone specialized in furniture and complementary industries in the Middle East, transforming furniture-making from a craft into a technology-driven industry with strong export potential.

The mill includes a billet-heating furnace, a billet-welding machine, 14 rolling stands, high-speed rolling, a cooling bed, product-transfer units, water and power stations, an administrative building and a lab — among the most advanced rolling systems with top-tier eco-friendly industrial safety.

Building medical & industrial gas factory No. 3 and a hydrogen-peroxide (50%) factory at El-Nasr Intermediate Chemicals in Abu Rawash — covering local demand for medical oxygen for hospitals and supporting many industrial uses in petroleum, paper, textiles, food and pharmaceuticals, executed with several civil companies.

Building a telecom-networks quality-measurement center at the National Telecom Regulatory Authority to ensure service quality for citizens.
